Every euro you spend on a transfer earns a point. Points turn into money off your next ride or a premium van upgrade.
How you earn points
- • 1 point for every €1 of the final price of your transfer.
- • Points post to your account after your travel date, once the trip is confirmed and completed.
- • You need an account, and the booking has to use the same email address. Guest bookings don't earn points.
- • Prices shown in dollars are converted to euros before points are worked out.
Tiers
Your tier is based on the points you've earned in total — spending points never pushes you back down.
How discounts work
Redeem on your account page. Each redemption spends the points straight away and gives you a one-use reward code. Paste that code into the booking form and the discount comes off your price before you send the request.
Applied to the final price of your next private or shared transfer.
Better value per point — use it on a longer route.

What if I lose my code?
Nothing is lost. Every code you've ever redeemed stays in your points history, marked either "Ready to use" or "Used". Copy it from there with one tap. If you can't get into your account, email info@loyalrides.us from the address you booked with and we'll re-send it.
The small print
- • One reward code per booking.
- • Codes don't expire, but each one can only be used once.
- • Points and codes have no cash value and can't be transferred between accounts.
- • If a trip is cancelled, the points spent on it are returned to your balance.
- • A code only works on bookings made with the email address on the account that earned it.
