Your van, your schedule. The price you see is live and final — we'll email a booking request receipt straight away and confirm within the hour. A 25% deposit secures the booking; the rest is paid closer to the date or to the driver.

A handful of shared seats run from Geneva Airport on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays — useful for solo travelers and couples. Inquiry only.

Long-haul flights change. We plan for that. The promise is simple — whatever happens to your flight, you'll get to your resort. Some scenarios are free, others have a fair fee, but you'll never be stranded and you'll always know the cost up front.
We track your flight in real time. Driver waits in baggage claim with your name — no charge, no questions.
We reschedule your pickup to your actual landing time for a fixed, published reschedule fee — no surge, no hidden hourly waiting charges. We'll also help you file a claim with your travel insurance or the airline so the fee is reimbursed.
Diverted to Zurich, Paris, or another nearby hub? We dispatch a driver to your actual landing airport, or coordinate with a partner operator. The price is fixed by distance band — quoted up front, and we help you submit it to your insurance.
If your flight is cancelled and you rebook for a later day, we move your transfer to the new date for a fixed reschedule fee. We provide the paperwork so you can claim the fee back from your travel insurance — most policies cover it.
If the airline cancels and you can't travel at all, you receive a refund or future-trip credit per the cancellation schedule below — up to 100% of what you paid. Your choice between refund and credit.
Closed pass, blizzard, missed connection, midnight landing — we work the phones with hotels, drivers, and partner operators until you're safely on the move. You won't sleep at the airport.
How payment and refunds work
To confirm a booking we take a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% is charged closer to the transfer date or paid to the driver — your choice. Cancellation refunds (or equivalent future-trip credit) follow the schedule below.
Airline cancellations and weather-related closures are always eligible for 100% refund or credit, regardless of notice. We provide itemised receipts for travel insurance claims and walk you through the submission if needed.
