Multiple vans depart throughout the day on published time slots — pick the one that fits your flight. Typical Saturday rotation: early morning, late morning, afternoon, and evening.
One-way per seat, all-inclusive. Round trip 5% off. Group of 3+? Compare with a private minivan — often cheaper once split.
Vans only group passengers heading to the same valley — no detours to unconnected resorts.
1 hand or hold suitcase + 1 boot bag per passenger. Ski/snowboard bag is a small add-on at checkout.
Infant, toddler, and booster seats on request at no charge. Tell us the child's age when you book.
How it works
- 1. Book or ask. Live online booking up to 48 hours before departure. Inside 48h, send an inquiry — we'll confirm if seats remain.
- 2. Pick your slot. Choose from multiple fixed-time departures each day — we assign the right vehicle from our fleet for your valley (van on standard days, larger coach on peak Saturdays).
- 3. Ride. Meet your driver in arrivals with a Loyalrides name sign; door-to-door drop at your accommodation.

Fixed per-seat prices by valley, one-way. Round trip takes 5% off the total. Extra bags beyond the included allowance are €15 each per leg.

The most common questions about pickup, luggage, group size, and flight changes on our weekend Geneva shuttles.
Where exactly is the pickup at Geneva Airport?+
Meet your driver in the arrivals hall, French sector (Secteur France), holding a Loyalrides sign with your name. If your flight lands in the Swiss sector, walk through to the French exit — it's signposted and takes a few minutes. We share the exact meeting point and driver contact the day before your trip.
And the drop-off in the resort?+
Door-to-door to your hotel, chalet, or apartment address. For pedestrian-only resort centers (e.g. parts of Val Thorens, Avoriaz), we drop at the closest accessible point and your accommodation usually handles the last few meters with a sled or porter.
How much luggage is included?+
One standard suitcase and one cabin bag per passenger, plus one ski/snowboard bag or boot bag. Extra or oversized items (bike boxes, large equipment trunks) are fine but must be declared at booking so we reserve space — otherwise the van may already be full.
What's the maximum group size per van?+
Shared seats are sold individually and vans seat up to 8 passengers per departure. From 3 travelers and up, a private minivan is usually the same price or cheaper once split — we'll tell you honestly if that's your case.
Will I be sharing with strangers?+
Yes — that's how shared pricing works. Vans seat up to 8 passengers from different bookings, all heading to the same valley. Everyone is a fellow traveler going skiing; it's a friendly ride, not a packed bus.
How long will the transfer take?+
Direct private transfers from Geneva to Tarentaise/Trois Vallées run roughly 2h30–3h30 depending on resort and traffic. Shared shuttles can add 30–60 minutes because we wait for the group to assemble and may make multiple resort drop-offs.
My flight is delayed — what happens?+
Up to 1 hours of waiting is included; we track your flight and adjust automatically. Beyond that, a fixed published reschedule fee applies — we'll send the paperwork so you can claim it back from your travel insurance. If the delay pushes you past the last departure of the day, we move you to the next available shuttle or convert to a private transfer at the difference.
My flight is cancelled or diverted to another airport.+
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. For same-trip rebooking to a new date we move your seats for a fixed reschedule fee, subject to availability. If the trip can't happen at all, our standard cancellation schedule applies (100% refund up to 2 weeks out, sliding down to 25% refund or 50% credit inside 48 hours). For diversions we'll quote a private transfer from the new airport.
How does payment and cancellation work?+
Pay in full at booking via secure payment link. Free cancellation up to 7 days before your transfer; inside 7 days, 50% refund or full credit to a future date. Reschedules outside 7 days are free, subject to seat availability.
Can I book one-way only, or do I need a round trip?+
One-way is fine in either direction. Booking both ways at the same time takes 5% off the total and gives you priority on the return slot — handy on busy Saturdays.
Do you carry child seats?+
Yes — infant, toddler, and booster seats are supplied free of charge on request. Tell us the child's age and weight when you inquire so we bring the right one.
Do you cover Haute-Savoie resorts too?+
Yes — alongside Savoie (Tarentaise, Trois Vallées, Espace Killy, Paradiski), we serve Haute-Savoie resorts including Chamonix, Megève, Saint-Gervais, La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand, Flaine, and the Portes du Soleil (Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Châtel). Shared shuttles still depart from Geneva only; private transfers cover all four airports.
